A university graduate, Lo currently also holds the position of President of the Chunhua County Women's League and has extensive experience in a rural environment and and in social work.  With her strong organizing and coordinating experience, and herconscientious and responsible work ethic with the Shaanxi Women's League, she has been considered a "双学双比” employee. She is the Secretary General for CHWSDA and has been with the association since it was registered with the County's People's Government in 2006.

Wang is the Loan Director and has been with CHWSDA for three years. Prior to her position with the CHWSDA, she has held several prominent positions within the county. She has served as a township deputy mayor, a deputy secretary, and the vice-chairman of the Chunhua County Women's League. Her extensive rural work experience and skills in organizating and coordinating along with her reputation of hard work, has proven that she is willing to do anything for women and children.
